Virus/ Malware/ Spyware removal services (Install and perform virus/malware/spyware  cleaning operations.  Clean as best as possible.) Data retention not guaranteed.  Infected data will be deleted by process.	$80.00

In-store RUSH Service Available:
"Pony Express" Rush Fee Unit will be placed at front of line and ready by end of next business day.  Customers pays "Giddyup" Rush fee in addition to standard In-store service fee.	$50.00 + standard in-store fees.
Dedicated Technician Fee. Unit will be placed on bench immediately and assigned a dedicated technician.  Unit will be repaired as quickly as possible (end of day or beginning of next day).  Standard in-store fees are waived - customer pays $60/hr for repair.	$60.00/ hr In-store fees are waived.
On-site Services:  Standard on-site service fee with 1 hour minimum charge. + $15 Trip charge.	$80.00/ hour $40.00 1/2 hr
Quick bench fee:  Quick Installs of (Memory or Network cards) etc.	$20.00 Quick Fee
