At Digital Cowboy IT Services, we have three price levels:  Our standard IT services are charged at $80/hour.  Enterprise Security & Compliance services provided by a partnership between Digital Cowboy and IDA Secure are charged at $160/hour.  We also offer a "flat fee" for various IT services that are better performed in our labs.

We also offer two types of services:  Our standard on-site service is billed at an hourly rate based on time arrived and time departed.  Our off-site service with pickup & delivery included, which is billed as a flat fee to perform various jobs that typically take several hours on-site and are more cost effective for the consumer to perform them in our lab.  Another benefit of our off-site service is we always make sure your computer is up to date on virus, anti-spyware and Microsoft updates and security patches before delivering it back to your company.
